Do you provide written quotations?

Yes — every project starts with a free site visit followed by a fixed-price written quotation, itemised by materials and labour. We don't work off rough estimates and we don't take on jobs we haven't priced properly.

How do payments work?

Stage payments only — never up-front. A typical project is split into milestones (e.g. mobilisation, strip-out complete, first-fix, second-fix, handover). You only pay for work that's been done and signed off.

Are you insured?

Fully. We carry public liability and employer's liability insurance suited to commercial, retail and residential work, and we'll happily share certificates on request before any quote is signed.

Where do you work?

We're based in North Lincolnshire and Yorkshire, and most projects sit within that region. We do consider work nationwide on the right project — particularly commercial fit-outs, retail rollouts and larger residential schemes.

Can you handle multi-site rollouts?

Yes. We're well set up for retail and commercial rollouts where the same scheme is repeated across multiple sites, with a single point of contact and consistent delivery standards across every location.

What guarantees do you provide?

A 12-month workmanship guarantee on every project, alongside the manufacturer warranties on all installed materials (M&E, doors, glazing, kitchens etc). We're a phone call away long after handover.
